Time For Celebration!

Big weekend! My sister, mom and niece and nephew came for a visit and to celebrate my mom's 61st birthday (on October 29th). Mother nature threw them a wrench my causing a massive rock slide that closed down interstate 40 and added three hours to their travel. We made the most of the night when they arrived. Tommy started up a bon fire while Becky prepared a feast in the kitchen. The kids did not seem to mind eating dessert first, in fact- by the time they sat down for dinner they were sugared up and really ready for the party. It was a lot of visiting crammed into a small period of time, but I am so glad they came! Hope the rocks are cleared soon so more visitors can come!
